SMS Notifications Opt-In

How Valley Restoration & Construction employees and managers enroll in text message alerts.

Opting in to text alerts is completely optional. You can access and use every feature of the Employee Portal whether or not you choose to receive text alerts, and you can turn them on or off at any time from your Notification Settings.

1. Sign in to the Employee Portal

Employees and managers sign in to the Employee Portal with a PIN, or with a username and password.

2. Turn on Work Alerts by text

From Notification Settings in the Employee Portal, a user can turn on the "Work alerts by text" toggle to start receiving SMS alerts about maintenance requests, equipment issues, and job or equipment assignments sent to them. The toggle is off by default and stays off until the user turns it on themselves.

Opting in is optional

Enabling text alerts is entirely optional and is never required to use the Employee Portal or any of its features. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies based on work activity. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or turn the toggle off in Notification Settings.
