Contractor Terms & Conditions — Valley Restoration & Construction

These Terms & Conditions apply to all estimates, work authorizations, and invoices issued by Valley Restoration & Construction LLC.

Key provisions include: payment terms (Net 30; 30% deposit), interest on unpaid balances (1.5%/month / 18% APR per C.R.S. §5-12-102), collection costs and attorney fees (C.R.S. §13-17-102), mechanic's lien rights (C.R.S. §38-22-101 et seq.), right to stop work, change orders, material price escalation, force majeure, governing law (State of Colorado, Montrose County District Court), personal guarantee for business entities, electronic acceptance (E-SIGN Act and Colorado UETA C.R.S. §24-71.3-101), one-year workmanship warranty, and entire agreement.
