Contractor Terms & Conditions — Valley Restoration & Construction

These Terms & Conditions apply to all estimates, work authorizations, and invoices issued by Valley Restoration & Construction LLC.

Key provisions include: invoices due 15 calendar days after the invoice date; simple, non-compounding interest on unpaid principal beginning on day 16 at 1.5% per month (18% per year), calculated daily, or the maximum lawful rate if lower; a 30% deposit; collection costs and attorney fees; mechanic's lien rights; right to stop work; change orders; force majeure; Colorado governing law; electronic acceptance; warranty; and entire agreement.
