Valley Restoration & Construction provides disaster response, environmental remediation, and restoration services to residents and business owners across the Colorado Western Slope. When you have an emergency, Valley Restoration is ready and willing to support you and restore your home or business to pre-disaster conditions.
How Valley Got Started
Valley Restoration & Construction opened its doors in 2014. Montrose natives started the company, and their goal was to help residents of the greater Montrose area during their time of need with emergency restoration services.
Valley Restoration & Construction President, Landon Wareham, saw a need for personalized, caring services for area residents and businesses. Many of the services Valley offers today were not available locally or were very limited in nature. Since 2014 the company has grown from one man and a truck to employing 18-20 people. These are folks that live in the community and are your neighbors and treat you as such.
Over the years, Valley Restoration and Construction have added services to their list. The company trains to IICRC standards: S500 (water), S520 (mold) and S700 (fire and smoke), and holds Colorado Office of Radon Professionals certification for radon mitigation. This training and qualification help ensure that each project is executed correctly so your home remains safe for you and your family.
Today, Valley Restoration continues to operate as a grassroots, locally-owned business that is dedicated to serving anyone in Montrose, Delta, and Ouray Counties during their time of need.

Meet Our Team Leaders
Landon Wareham
President & Founder
Landon grew up in Montrose County, graduating from Olathe High School. He then attended Mesa State College where he played baseball and earned a degree in business management. Upon graduation, Landon was drafted by the Baltimore Orioles. He then returned to the Western Slope as a coach for Mesa State for 5 years before coming back to the valley as the head baseball coach for Montrose High School. During that time, Landon was the General Manager for a local moving company. Wanting to change his career path, Landon opened Valley Restoration in 2014 with a truck and a trailer and no employees. Today he is very proud of the growth of Valley Restoration which now employs 20-24 people. Landon has always loved this area as it easily facilitates his love for his hobbies; hunting, fishing, and golfing which he enjoys doing with his two children, Gage and Sadie.

Operations/Sales Manager
Joe was born and raised in Montrose and has lived here all his life. Joe has the distinction of being Valley Restoration's first and most tenured employee. He joined Landon in July of 2015. Per Joe, "Valley has opened doors for me and many others. Each year the company has grown, and I have found myself at a whole new level. I meet our customers usually when something bad has happened, whether their house flooded or caught fire. Sometimes they are just looking for a small update or remodel. I am proud to be part of a team that is there for our customers when they need us most. Valley has been formed by a great leader who has invested the time to develop an outstanding team!" Joe enjoys his family and anything outdoors. And… living life one day at a time.
