About Us: Valley Restoration & Construction

Landon grew up in Montrose County, graduating from Olathe High School. He then attended Mesa State College where he played baseball and earned a degree in business management. Upon graduation, Landon was drafted by the Baltimore Orioles. He then returned to the Western Slope as a coach for Mesa State for 5 years before coming back to the valley as the head baseball coach for Montrose High School. During that time, Landon was the General Manager for a local moving company. Wanting to change his career path, Landon opened Valley Restoration in 2014 with a truck and a trailer and no employees. Today he is very proud of the growth of Valley Restoration which now employs 20-24 people. Landon has always loved this area as it easily facilitates his love for his hobbies; hunting, fishing, and golfing which he enjoys doing with his two children, Gage and Sadie.

Michele was born in Northern Illinois and had lived in California and Arizona prior to moving to Western Colorado where she has made her home for the last 31+ years. With a bachelor’s degree in Forest Science, Michele worked with the U.S. Forest Service and been in the moving and storage business prior to joining the Valley Restoration team in January 2016. Living in Delta for the last 6 years, Michele looks forward to spending time with her kids and grandchildren. She also loves getting outdoors whenever she can and working with her pack of sighthounds.

At Valley Restoration, Michele enjoys working with her team members, helping customers, and implementing new processes.

Seth has lived on the Western Slope of Colorado since he was one year old. After being born in Orange County, CA, his family moved to Ridgway. A graduate of Montrose High School in 2007, Seth attended both Western State and Metro State Colleges. He moved back to Montrose in 2012 to work construction and help coach Montrose High School baseball. After a short stint working in Property Management in Telluride, Seth started with Valley Restoration in the spring of 2016 and has been here ever since.

Seth takes pride in helping people and likes the team atmosphere at Valley Restoration.

In his spare time, Seth enjoys time with his family and hunting.

Joe was born and raised in Montrose and has lived here all his life. Joe has the distinction of being Valley Restoration’s first and most tenured employee. He joined Landon in July of 2015. Per Joe, ‘Valley has opened doors for me and many others. Each year the company has grown, and I have found myself at a whole new level. I meet our customers usually when something bad has happened, whether their house flooded or caught fire. Sometimes they are just looking for a small update or remodel. I am proud to be part of a team that is there for our customers when they need us most. Valley has been formed by a great leader who has invested the time to develop an outstanding team!’

Joe enjoys his family and anything outdoors. And… living life one day at a time.

Jeffrey is part of a family that has lived in Montrose for at least three generations. Similarly, he was born, raised, and has lived here his whole life. The draw of outdoor life is what has kept him and his family here over time. Jeffrey joined Valley Restoration in August of 2017. Outside of work he has many hobbies which range from dirt biking, hay farming, hunting, fishing, horses, and model airplanes. He shares most of these activities with his fiancé.

Jeffrey likes Valley Restoration for its relaxed atmosphere, steady hours and because there is always room to learn more and grow in responsibility.
